The Master's Four
Picture
In 2011, Josh Carey, Jordan Polston, and Jonathan Polston happened to be just casually singing one evening after scheduled services at their home church. "Eventually we finally got around to singing 'Amazing Grace.' I (Jonathan) was singing tenor, Josh was singing lead, and Jordan was singing baritone. The harmony was there, and we knew immediately we liked singing together. So we would sing every once in awhile, and Christmas came. We were lined up to sing several songs, and people seemed to be blessed. So, we kept on singing here and there," Jonathan said. "We lowered, and lowered the keys to the songs. We sang at a homecoming in Indiana at Edinburg Separate Baptist Church. After it was through, we realized Jon's tenor singing days were more than likely behind him. We kept the same line-up for as long as we could, and soon we had to start thinking of a new arrangement of voices," Jordan said, "Oddly enough Jonathan's best fit was bass, so we moved him there and replaced his tenor spot with Josh's girlfriend, Kristen." "We are happy that The Lord works in His own time, and we are thankful for all The Lord has in store. We desire your prayers and support as we continue on the journey."
